Diettogo sure have nice looking food and looks tasty. It also cooked by chef, so it should taste tasty. It’s not designed by Weight loss doctor like Bistro MD to prepare the nutrition, but their meals meat the nutritional guidelines like American Cancer Society, American Diabetes Association and American Dietetic Association. That’s good to follow three official guidelines, however, I wonder why they only use one guidelines for diet while their main concern is helping people to lose their weight?

They also have 2 selection of food ordering, Local pick up or mail order. In mail order, you will get frozen food, which needed to be defrosted before you can eat them. However if you live in Washington, Baltimore, Philadelphia, and San Francisco, you can pick up your meal and eat them fresh.

MENU VARIATION

Two Thumbs up for Diet To Go! They have HUGE menu selection and lots of delicious food ready to be ordered. They also have 3 package: Traditional Low Fat, Vegetarian Low Fat and Low Carb diet. Each package they have 5 different menu for 5 week.

However, there is a big disadvantages of Diettogo: They won’t allow their customer to choose the menu they want! If you only love the menu in week 1, you only get them in week 1. For the rest, you have to follow their week 2-5 menu, because they only cook one set of menu every week!

Based on their picture in main website, looks like they have good food quality. However, they don’t how much calorie in each meal, which is important! They also only offer frozen food, which is not good for long term! Oh well, their meal also focused for fitness person, they don’t make it for losing weight, but for building muscle and reduce fat purpose . In other word: You have to EXERCISE!

WEIGHT LOSS SUCCESS

In the website, you will see some well toned, healthy and slim models. But hey, they are MODELS, so they have to be slim! I don’t see any success story or testimonials in their website!
